A. Introduction

This Refund & Warranty Policy governs your purchase and use of any products and accessories offered or made available on or through the TSR Pulsate Website: www.tsrpulsate.com
Please read this Refund & Warranty Policy carefully before using the Product.
The Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference into these this Return & Warranty Policy
B. Modification
TSR Pulsate may, in its discretion, which shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith, from time to time amend this Refund & Warranty Policy. Amendments will be effective thirty days after notice that the Refund & Warranty Policy has been modified has been sent to you via email at the email address on file with TSR Pulsate.
C. Refund of Product Purchases

D. Warranty Process
All TSR Pulsate products have an automatic two year warranty beginning from the date of purchase (date on the invoice).
If you are having technical issues with your TSR Pulsate product and it is within the warranty period, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit a form on the TSR Pulsate website under Contact
a) Name of the exact product you are having an issue with;
b) The invoice number and date.
c) A detailed description of the issue;
d) The best contact number to reach you (should the technician need to contact you to trouble shoot); and
e) Picture(s) depicting the issue, as applicable.
2. After your request is reviewed, if TSR Pulsate determines that the product needs to be replaced under warranty: Defective part must be returned to TSR Pulsate
